Dr. Laura LaChance is a Clinician-Scientist at the Slaight Family Centre for Youth in Transition at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health in Toronto and a Lecturer in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Toronto. In this plenary presentation, join Dr. Lachance as she explores what is mental health, why nutrition matters for mental health (and vice versa!) and what the latest science tells us about the impact of nutrition on the brain. You will learn that the secret of good mental health may start at the end of our forks!
